I decided to use these services because I needed brochures for my job, but didn’t have free time and any skills for creating them myself. My former colleague had advised me to enter this site. On the one hand, the site contains all the necessary information concerning the offered services. On the other hand, the site is rather plain and doesn’t draw visitors’ attention. The absence of a well-planned color scheme and illustrations makes it ordinary and uninteresting.

Price policy

There is a list of writing services performed by the company, but there is no even a gentle hint on their price. A client will never know how much money he or she will be supposed to pay for the services. It would be a nice thing if the company highlighted the prices for each available service and familiarized prospective customers with payment and money back conditions.

Order details

The company offers a range of projects, varying from newsletters and white papers to Flash and PowerPoint presentations. I needed a brochure consisting of 6 pages for a travel business company. It should have been both bright and informative, but it was not supposed to be a simple advertising booklet. It had to include everything about our tours, costs and conditions. The price of the order was rather high – $250.

Quality of support

The site provides clients with all necessary contact information. You can find a name, address, telephone and email in the Contact section. They warn customers that some letters may not be read because of the anti-SPAM programs and recommend to call in case there is no response after 24 hours. When I sent my first letter, I received the response in 5 hours or so, but the response letter contained some misunderstanding. Later, it turned out that the letter was sent to my email by mistake. It was intended for another customer. Eventually, I settled the problem and discussed the details of my order by telephone.

Quality of the paper

Advantages of the paper (brochure) were:
– in time delivery;
– the number of pages corresponded the required quantity;
– the illustrations were nice and to the point.;
Disadvantages of the paper (brochure) were:
– some grammar and stylistic mistakes in the text;
– too many contractions and lots of informal phrases that are not acceptable for business brochures.


– the site is plain and lacks information;
– the prices are not highlighted;
– in general, the support team is nice, though some inconveniences do take place;
– the content of the orders needs improvements.
